These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Bandit Sign Solutions website, online store, products, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing our website, placing an order, creating an account, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

3. Product Compatibility

Customers are responsible for confirming that a product is appropriate for their intended application before purchase.

Stake Bandit products are designed for use with compatible H-wire yard sign stakes and related sign-installation applications as described on the applicable product page.

Compatibility may depend on stake dimensions, spacing, condition, installation environment, ground conditions, sign configuration, and other factors outside our control.

4. Proper Use and Safety

Bandit Sign Solutions products must be used only for their intended purpose and in accordance with any instructions, demonstrations, warnings, or guidance supplied with the product or made available through our website.

Customers are responsible for exercising reasonable care when installing, removing, repositioning, or handling yard signs, stakes, tools, and related equipment.

Do not use a product in a manner for which it was not designed. Improper use, modification, excessive force, abuse, or use with incompatible equipment may result in product damage or personal injury.

Always inspect the tool and associated stakes or sign hardware before use. Discontinue use if a product appears damaged, cracked, excessively worn, or otherwise unsafe.

5. Orders

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including suspected fraud, payment issues, pricing errors, inventory problems, shipping limitations, or other circumstances that prevent us from fulfilling the order.

If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, we will issue an appropriate refund for the cancelled portion of the order.

You are responsible for providing accurate billing, shipping, and contact information. Bandit Sign Solutions is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect information supplied by the customer.

6. Prices and Payment

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Prices, promotions, product availability, and shipping charges may change at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted except where permitted by law or where an obvious pricing or technical error has occurred.

Payment must be completed using one of the payment methods made available through our store. Payment processing may be provided by Shopify and other third-party payment providers.

7. Pre-Orders

Certain products may be offered for pre-order before they are immediately available for shipment.

When you place a pre-order, your payment may be processed at the time the order is placed unless otherwise stated on the product page or at checkout.

Any estimated production or shipping date provided for a pre-order is an estimate and not a guaranteed delivery date. Manufacturing, supply, carrier, production, or other unforeseen delays may affect the estimated schedule.

If a material delay occurs, we may provide an updated estimate when practical.

Pre-order cancellation and refund requests are subject to our Return and Refund Policy and any specific terms stated on the applicable product page.

8. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping availability, rates, methods, and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout or described in our Shipping Policy.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather, holidays, service disruptions, address issues, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery times.
